Regulations Governing Mobile Broadband Dedicated Telecommunications Network Fee-Charging Standards
Article 1 The Regulations are formulated in accordance with the Telecommunications Management Act, Article 92.
Article 2 For the review, inspection and license issuance, renewal, and reissuance of the establishment of mobile broadband dedicated telecommunications networks, the fee-charging
standards are as per the attached table.
Article 3 After paying the fees in accordance with the fee-charging standards, the applicant shall not apply for a refund unless the fee is overpaid or paid in error, or otherwise
provided by laws and regulations.
Article 4 The Regulations shall be enforced as of the date of promulgation.
