Title: Fee-charging Standards for the Application for Radio Frequency Allocation Review by Telecommunications Enterprises Ch

Content: Article 1 These Standards are promulgated according to Article 92 of the Telecommunications Management Act (hereinafter referred to as the Act).
Article 2 With regard to applications for radio frequency allocation review by telecommunications enterprises according to Paragraph 1, Article 53 of the Act, the review fees are as follows:
  1. Mobile communications frequency allocation: NT$1 million per piece.
  2. Satellite communications frequency allocation:
    1. For newly established satellite systems: NT$1 million per piece. The same shall apply to applications for both fixed-satellite and mobile-satellite services under the same satellite system.
    2. For existing satellite systems applying for additional frequency purposes: NT$1 million per piece.
    3. For existing satellite systems applying for additional or modified frequencies or installation sites without adding new frequency purposes: NT$200,000 per piece. If additional or modified frequency bands are involved, NT$500,000 per piece.
    4. Application for allocation of originally assigned frequencies upon expiry of the frequency use period: NT$5,000 per piece.
Article 3 Applicants who have paid the fees as stipulated in these Standards may not request a refund, except in the case of overpayment, payment by mistake or as otherwise provided for in the regulations.
Article 4 These Standards shall come into effect on the date of promulgation.
